Event Privacy Notice

What registration collects
We collect your full name, email address, optional phone number, ticket preference, event-email consent and registration time. If the organizer verifies a VIP payment, we record that status, the verification time and the organizer who verified it. We do not collect payment card details, photographs, biometric information, aura results or information about your health through this registration form.
Why your information is used
Your details are used to register you for this event, send its Zoom link and event reminders when communication settings are ready, and coordinate VIP benefits where payment has been verified. Your phone number is optional; supplying it does not opt you into SMS or WhatsApp marketing. This form does not sign you up for unrelated promotions.
Where information is processed
Registration records are stored in the event website's managed database and are available only to authorized organizers. The website infrastructure is provided by Manus. Resend is the selected email provider and will process the recipient and message information needed to send event emails once delivery is activated. Configuring the provider does not mean messages have already been sent.
VIP payment
VIP payment is made on Stripe's separate checkout page. Stripe processes payment information under its own privacy practices. Your email address and a registration reference may be passed to checkout to help match payment with your registration. A VIP selection or checkout redirect alone is not evidence of a successful payment.
Your choices
Event-email consent is requested explicitly and is recorded with your registration. Emails include a link to stop further event emails. You may also contact Abundacity at [email protected] to request access, correction, withdrawal of consent or deletion of your registration information. The organizer may retain records needed to handle VIP purchases or applicable obligations.
About the optional reading
The aura and emotions reading is a self-reflection and wellness experience. It is not a medical or psychological diagnosis, treatment or a scientifically validated measurement of aura or emotional health. This registration notice does not authorize collection of sensitive information for a reading; any such session arrangements and consent are handled separately by the host.
